Sand Ring
Metal Type
Have a question? Or an idea for customising this piece?
Inspired by sand dunes and calligraphy, the Sand Ring celebrates the harmony between nature and art—the invisible architecture of our world. Drawing inspiration from wind and water-sculpted sand formations, Edward reimagined the elegance of the Chinese language, an ancient pictographic script. The Chinese character for “sand (沙),” originally inspired by the material’s form, embodies this natural artistry.
The ring’s matte finish reflects the striking, otherworldly texture of sand dunes. Every contour and angle of the design pays homage to the stroke-constructed beauty of Chinese calligraphy, creating a seamless fusion of language and landscape.
Handcrafted from 100% recycled precious metal, the Sand Ring is a testament to sustainability and craftsmanship. Each piece is tested and hallmarked by the London Assay Office. For a personalised touch, we offer customisation options for thickness or finish—feel free to contact us to create a truly unique piece.
